Velvet lip’s and perfect tip!
I love how the Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick feels on my lips. It’s long wearing and it doesn’t crack but conditions! The lip applicator is perfectly designed! I can draw a line with the applicator tip and my lipstick doesn’t go everywhere.
