By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, clients will reach their highest goals and dreams. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy I. Beyouty By Jelisa, LLC understands that things come up, however cancellations without 24 hour notice causes other clients on our waiting list to miss the opportunity to receive services. II. Appointments/sessions/classes are confirmed via email within 24 hours of booking. A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if your appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or fail to cancel at all i.e. "No Show". III. No Show Policy- Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full. IV. To reschedule an appointment, please visit the online booking site for the next available booking. Your deposit may be applied towards a rescheduled appointment within 7 days of the original cancellation date. Thank you for your acknowledgement of this policy.
